We do not use the data to solicit marketing or any other form of advertising without your consent. Privacy of your data is very important for us and we endeavor to protect is as outlined in our privacy policy.

Cancellation:

Orders placed on this website can be cancelled within 18 Hours.  Please email our Customer Care on [email protected] with order number to process cancellation of your order. Orders cancelled once confirmed but pending shipping after elapse of 18 hours since order confirmation can be cancelled subject to Rs 200/- processing charge. 

Orders cannot be cancelled and/or refunded once shipped unless issue with the following only –

-Wrong item shipped- including wrong model, wrong colour.

-Received damaged or broken product – products requiring self assembly are not considered broken.

-Order cannot be processed from Charmi end due to stock outage and/or logistical issue.

While we endeavor to ensure there is no such issue with any order and all orders are double checked, there might be a rare occasion due to unforeseen circumstances/human error. We will ensure any such error from our end is remedied as outlines above at the earliest. 

Refund:

In Case you have any issues with the order delivered please call contact Customer Care on [email protected] 12 Hours of Delivery of your order.

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances-

-Wrong item shipped- including wrong model, wrong colour.

-Received damaged or broken product – products requiring self assembly are not considered broken.

-Order cannot be processed from Charmi end due to stock outage and/or logistical issue.

In case damaged or defective products received, please send a photo along with the order number on [email protected] and we will get back to you at the earliest.

We humbly request any product you return be in the same unused condition you received it and in the original packaging as intact as possible . Please retain the receipt as received during delivery. Partially o, retaining box will not been processed for refund. Kindly contact us in case you receive order in tampered condition.

With regards returning of order ,all courier charges will have to be Paid by Sender and the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 business days after receipt and verifying the Product from our end.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

All our orders are processed from ready stock held by us at our warehouse. Most of the Goods will be shipped within 3 working days and delivered within 4-6 working days from order. We are committed to deliver goods within the promised time period, but there could be occasional delays arising out of unforeseen situations and logistics issues. In such cases we will contact you, in case deliveries are expected to get delayed. Please do ensure, the correct pin code and contact number is provided.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions and all images on the site are of actual products. We assure shipping the product same as shown in the Product Image and description as applicable. Do note that there might be slight colour variations from actual product and as viewed on screen. We will deliver the Goods in the same color as selected by you where applicable. In certain situations if the particular product ordered by you cannot be delivered we will ship the nearest/ alternative color/ model of the product which we hold in Stock after informing you regarding the same.
